Her Story: Hannah, is an active Airman, who took a great trip with Serving Our World. The life changing work she did in Thailand sparked a gift of giving in her and an anointing to minister to children. When she finishes in the AF, she plans to continue working rescuing children in Thailand from the sex slave industry.


The church where we had VBS

Name: Jenna Godwin

Age: 18

Location: Tijuanna, Mexico

Her Story: Last summer, my youth group and I went to Tijuanna, Mexico. We worked in a small church working a Vacation Bible School. It was AMAZING! The little kids were adorable and we instantly clicked with them. It was as if there was no language barrier. We were able to give that church a few hundred dollars when we left from the extra money we had raised. The look on the pastor's face was priceless and I was so privaliged to be there to take part of it. I still keep in touch with some of the teens there. I also had the chance to lead worship for the church. It was great! It was an awesome experience and I hope to go back there some time soon!!
